Can you access or move my crypto?
No. I never ask for your seed phrase, private keys, or passphrase, and I never take custody of your funds. During a session I can see your screen if you choose to share it, but every transaction is signed and sent by you, on your own devices. If anyone ever asks you for your seed phrase — including someone claiming to be me — that's a scam.
I already use a hardware wallet. Is coaching still useful?
Often, yes. Most of the mistakes I see happen after the hardware wallet is already set up: an unverified seed backup, a passphrase written down in the wrong place, no plan for what happens if the device is lost, or no idea how recovery actually works until it's tested. A session can audit what you've already built and close the gaps.
How do 1:1 sessions work?
You pick a length and book a time through the calendar link. You'll get a video call link by email right after booking. Camera is optional — plenty of sessions happen with audio and a shared screen only. We work through your specific setup live, and you leave with a written summary of what we covered.
Can I stay anonymous?
Yes. You're welcome to use a handle or first name only, a non-identifying email address, and a generic avatar. I don't need your legal name or any identifying information to help you secure your wallet.
What are coaching packages?
Packages bundle several 1:1 calls around one goal — like getting fully off an exchange, or setting up a multisig vault — plus email support between calls, for less than booking the same number of sessions individually. See the Coaching Packages section on the home page for current offerings and pricing.
Can you help with inheritance, or can my heir join a call?
Yes. Inheritance planning is part of the Self-Custody & Inheritance package, and I'm glad to have a designated heir or executor join a session so they understand the plan in plain language — without ever needing to see your seed phrase themselves ahead of time.
How is pricing set up?
À la carte sessions are priced by length (15 / 30 / 60 minutes). Packages bundle multiple sessions plus email support at a lower effective rate than booking one-off calls. Current prices are listed on the home page and update there first if anything changes.
I'm not technical. Will this be over my head?
No — most clients start out exactly there. Sessions are paced to your level, explained without unnecessary jargon, and the goal is always to make you self-sufficient, not dependent on me. If something isn't clicking, we slow down.
I think I lost my crypto or was scammed. Can you help?
I can help you understand what happened, tighten up your security so it doesn't happen again, and talk through realistic next steps. I can't promise fund recovery — nobody legitimately can — and I will never ask for an upfront "recovery fee." That request is itself one of the most common scams in this space, so treat anyone who asks for one as a red flag.
Can I pay in crypto?
Yes. Card payments through the booking link get an instant confirmation email with your session link. If you'd rather pay in crypto or another way, use the "pay another way" link near the booking buttons to reach me directly and we'll sort out the details.
